How It Works
1. Submit a Request
Complete our Custom Order Request Form with as many details as possible—event type, quantity, preferred flavors, dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.).
2. Confirmation & Quote
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a quote, available dates, and any follow-up questions. You’ll also receive delivery or pickup options at this time.
3. Finalize & Reserve
Once you approve the quote, we’ll email you an invoice. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
4. We Bake With Love
Every custom order is made with care using our signature wholesome ingredients. You can expect freshness, flavor, and feel-good indulgence in every bite.
5. Pickup or Delivery
Pick up your order on the date you selected, or opt for local delivery (fees may apply). Select items are eligible for nationwide shipping.
